Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated engineer to support a new Small Molecule manufacturing facility in Hopewell, NJ. The role provides technical direction, project management support, commissioning and SME expertise for utilities equipment and related processes.

You will work with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure 24x7 compliant operations, while maintaining GMP standards and collaborating across functions. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering and/or related discipline.
• 4+ years of GMP equipment/ facilities support.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, process water, chilled water, process gases, dust collection.
• Experience with GMP documentation practices, deviation, change control and CAPA management.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME input into Utilities and Facility for Small Molecule projects.
• Assist commissioning, qualification and validation of systems.
• Start-up, troubleshoot and manage utility equipment for manufacturing facility.
• Develop and maintain technical/operational procedures and preventive maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering to hit project milestones and KPIs.
