Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) seeks a Training Specialist to support its GMP-compliant training program. You will assess training needs, design and deliver sessions for new and existing employees, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure high standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in pharma training, with knowledge of FDA regulations, quality systems, and eLearning tools like Articulate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of experience in Training Specialist or similar in pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of the full training life cycle and instructional design theory.
• Experience with FDA laws, regulations, practices, and guidelines.
• Experience with electronic quality systems and eLearning software.

Responsibilities

• Manage users, course information, proficiency tests, and documents in Training Management System.
• Develop and revise training documents and curricula with site management.
• Design and develop moderate to complex training eCourses with SMEs.
• Deliver group and individual instruction across technical, operational, and management areas.
• Support regulatory inspections by providing documents from the MasterControl DMS.
