Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) seeks a Training Specialist to onboard new hires and deliver job-specific training in a FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with the training coordinator and area supervisors to align with established procedures and cGMP standards, while supporting on-the-job and instructor-led trainings across finishing and related tasks.

The role focuses on ensuring trainees complete required courses, maintaining Good Documentation Practices,

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience in an FDA-regulated environment or a college degree equivalent.
• Knowledge of QA principles and procedures in pharma/biopharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging with understanding of cGMP, FDA guidelines and multinational standards.
• Knowledge of GMP standards and CFR guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow/train labeling, packaging, and finishing procedures.
• Assist/train in equipment set up and operation.
• Perform/train Good Documentation Practices.
• Assist/train in completion of batch record materials.
• Assist with training of Master Control and its general use.
• Track/verify completion of training courses for all individuals.
• Engage/train on Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Train new hires and veteran employees.
• Participate in Continuous Quality and Safety Improvements.
