Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) seeks a Training Coordinator to help onboarding of new hire trainees and deliver job-specific training. You will coordinate with the training coordinator and area supervisors to meet cgmp procedures and CFR guidelines, supporting on-the-job, instructor-led, and read/understand trainings.

You will assist with Finishing Area tasks as needed, track training completion, and promote continuous quality and safety improvements within a compliant pharma

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an FDA-regulated environment or a college degree equivalent.
• Knowledge of QA principles in pharma/biopharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Experience with producing/packaging regulated products and understanding cGMP, CFR.
• Must be detail oriented and proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow/Train labeling, packaging, and finishing procedures.
• Assist/train in equipment setup and operation.
• Perform/train Good Documentation Practices.
• Assist/train in completion of batch record materials.
• Assist with training of Master Control and its use.
• Track/verify completion of training courses.
• Engage/train in Continuous Quality and Safety Improvements.
• Train new hires and veteran employees.
