Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) is hiring a Training Specialist to support GMP-compliant training programs, assess learning needs, and design and deliver training for both new and existing staff at our Michigan site.

You will create eLearning materials with Articulate, manage documentation in MasterControl, and collaborate with SMEs and regulatory inspectors to ensure training effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of experience in training in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMP requirements.
• Experience implementing, administering, and maintaining electronic quality systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Coordinate training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain training materials, documents, and records in the Training Management System.
• Deliver instructor-led and computer-based training across technical and operational areas.
• Collaborate with SMEs on job aids, curricula, and OJT documents.
