Lonza Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a GMP Trainer for the 12-hour night shift to design and deliver training programs, support onboarding and qualification, and ensure training systems comply with regulatory and quality requirements.
You will collaborate with Operations, Quality and Safety to build a skilled workforce and maintain training records, SOPs, and assessments. Four years in manufacturing/training with pharma exposure is preferred.
