Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Technician in Durham, NC to keep assigned GMP areas clean and orderly. You will follow written and verbal instructions, work with teammates, and explain tasks to others as needed while maintaining professional communication.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, routine cleaning, completing daily logs, gowning training, and supporting shift leads. Requires a high school diploma/GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience; CPR/First Aid certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus; forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and chemicals; able to work safely in a GMP environment.

• Follow SBM SOPs and procedures

• Fully train in area job functions for shift assignment and area classification
• Complete daily FN logs accurately and completely
• Must be trained and certified in correct gowning procedures
• Complete all basic training modules and annual qualification trainings per customer SOPs
• Complete all safety certifications including chemical safety
• Available to act as area fill-in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing work orders
