Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Technician to keep assigned GMP areas clean and organized. You will follow written and verbal instructions, communicate professionally with the team, and perform sanitization to maintain a GMP-controlled environment.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, basic training completion, and flexibility to work 3:00AM–2:00PM shifts across days. A high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization duties to maintain GMP areas.
• Maintain a clean work area and proper PPE usage.
• Work in a team, take direction, and respond to supervision.
• Assist with punch-list items and basic training activities.
