Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Technician to maintain clean and orderly GMP areas, following verbal and written instructions. You will work with teammates to perform repetitive tasks, adhere to safety rules, and support shift leads with punch-list items and proper gowning procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred CPR/AED/First Aid certification and possible forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and safe usage of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team setting to perform assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean work area and respond to supervision.
• Assist with shift lead in completing work orders and punch-list items.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct in all interactions.
• Understand customer service expectations and reporting systems in GMP environments.
