Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Tech to maintain clean, orderly areas and follow written and verbal instructions. The role emphasizes safety, professional communication, and collaboration with shift leads and coworkers in a GMP‑controlled environment.

Responsibilities include operating in a team setting, performing repetitive tasks, and completing daily logs and training competencies. Shifts are typically Monday–Friday with evening hours and hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team with other employees.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Take direction from supervision and communicate professionally.
• Assist shift lead with punch-list items and work orders.
• Use personal protective equipment as required.
• Understand and support customer service and reporting systems.
• Complete training and annual qualification requirements.
