Job summary

NSP is seeking a GMP Compliance Monitor for the 2nd shift in Owasso, OK to oversee GMPs and sustain Quality Standards across production, ensuring operations align with NSP QA Management.

The role requires enforcing PPE use, handwashing and hygiene policies, documenting GMP activities, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced, cold production environment (-40ºF to -45ºF) with required PPE including hair nets and hard hats.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, GMP and food safety regulations.
• Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail in a regulated environment.
• Basic math operations for data entry and record keeping.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GMP procedures and quality standards on entry to and on the production floor.
• Ensure proper PPE use and hygiene procedures are followed by staff.
• Report GMP compliance activities and updates to supervisors.
• Assist with adherence to Safety and Hygiene Policies and production floor entry-exit procedures.
