Job summary

Enable Injections, Inc. is seeking a Production Trainer to deliver hands-on and classroom training on approved work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing processes. The role will qualify new/transferring operators via structured on-the-job training and documented competency assessments.

You will develop curricula, maintain training records, and ensure training effectiveness while collaborating with Quality, Operations, and HR to align with GDP requirements and production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing operations with training/mentoring in regulated environment.
• Experience designing, implementing and managing L&D initiatives.
• Experience working to controlled work instructions, SOPs and training documentation.
• Completion of trainer qualification within 90 days per Quality Systems.
• Knowledge and experience building learning modules.
• Experience managing learning technologies, certification programs, skills assessments, and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and classroom training to production personnel on approved work instructions, SOPs, and processes.
• Qualify operators through structured on-the-job training and competency assessments.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, job aids, and visual aids aligned to current documents.
• Maintain audit-ready training records per GDP and quality system requirements.
• Verify training effectiveness before qualifying an operator.
• Track training due dates, requalification intervals, and completion metrics.
