bioMerieux SA in Missouri is seeking a Production Technician I to operate high-speed equipment for VITEK 2 card manufacturing and packaging in a cGMP-compliant environment. The role includes setup, operation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, and documenting production batches.

You will perform batch records, AQL inspections, reworks, material reconciliation, and support continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• No experience required; at least 1 year experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environment and GMP is desired.
• Strong technical learning aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to perform SAP transactions and read technical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and run production batches per SOPs.
• Complete batch records accurately and on time.
• Assist in equipment validation and maintenance activities.
• Review Manufacturing Directions and SOPs to ensure compliant production.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Move materials and assist with material reconciliation as needed.
