Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Production Operator to safely operate the packaging production line, meet production targets, and maintain product quality. You will perform quality checks, document results, and minimize waste while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements.

You'll work with the Production Supervisor and other teammates, set up equipment, monitor dimensions, and assist with maintenance and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and document measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the production line to meet production rates and minimize waste.
• Assist with material staging and tooling to reduce downtime.
• Perform quality checks, document results, and reduce scrap.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow PPE safety rules.
• Train/mentor teammates when required and support maintenance as needed.
