Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write English to understand procedures and complete documentation.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors packaging equipment in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Ensures equipment is maintained and the work area is clean and safe.
• Monitors equipment performance and suggests improvements.
• Follows SOPs/WIs and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Meets productivity standards and completes tasks efficiently and on time.
• Adheres to safety regulations and escalates risks to the line manager.
• Demonstrates initiative and adapts to changes in tasks or team.
• Communicates respectfully and supports problem-solving in the team.
• Participates in quality/department meetings and contributes improvements.
• Trains new operators or trainees as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
