Job summary

Datwyler is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor packaging equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, ensuring GMP compliance and safe, efficient production. This role sits in the Moulding & Trimming Department and involves handling preforms, quality checks, and adherence to SOPs.

You will work under supervision to meet productivity standards, train new staff, and actively participate in safety initiatives, with a focus on quality and process improvements across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write English in order to understand operating procedures and complete documentation.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills.
• Performs basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions; participate in trainings and meetings.
• Trains new operators and/or trainees as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
