Job summary

SBM Portsmouth, NH is seeking a GMP Supervisor to coordinate activities within the GMP program, overseeing company and temporary staff in a regulated environment.

You will inspect areas and equipment for sanitation and safety, train and supervise personnel, track maintenance and inventories, and prepare weekly reports. Some travel may be required. A related bachelor's degree is preferred, and a valid driver's license may be required. Salary $70,000-$75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Equivalents with education and experience will be considered.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning and directing work.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, issue discipline and report issues to manager.
• Prepare reports and conduct inspections of quality, service, and safety.
• Track equipment and supplies inventory and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety compliance.
