Job summary

JMD Technologies Inc. in Clayton, NC is seeking an Operations Readiness Project Manager to drive GMP and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in a relevant science or engineering field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years managing life science projects ($1MM+) or 8+ years in GMP-regulated operations with 5+ years leading readiness/start-up/OE transformations.
• Demonstrated expertise applying Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies; Black Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record managing a multi-site or multi-client portfolio with proficiency in project management software tools.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end readiness-to-operations lifecycle and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery across multiple client engagements.
• Integrate OR campaigns across Quality, Process, and Workforce streams as the primary consultant.
• Apply OE and continuous improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM) to pre-Day One operational activities.
• Manage comprehensive project planning, scheduling, resource loading, controls, and closeout.
• Partner with site and department leadership to align stakeholders around measurable goals and provide expert-level advisory guidance.
