Job summary

JMD Technologies Inc. in Clayton, NC is seeking an Operations Readiness Project Manager to drive GMP and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in a relevant science or engineering field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years managing life science projects ($1MM+) or 8+ years in GMP-regulated operations with 5+ years leading readiness/start-up/OE transformations.
• Demonstrated expertise applying Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies; Black Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record managing a multi-site or multi-client portfolio with proficiency in project management software tools.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.

About the role

Lead Operational Readiness (OR) programs across 1–3 concurrent engagements to drive seamless pre-Day One to operations transitions. You will serve as the primary consultant integrating Quality, Process, and Workforce streams while guiding site and department leadership.
