Job summary

Randstad USA, in partnership with our client, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I for an on-site role in Marlborough, MA. This 6-month temporary assignment offers first-shift hours from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, a 3-day weekend each week, and a pay rate of $30.00-$34.00 per hour with a 5% shift differential.

Entry-level candidates (0–3 years) are encouraged to apply. The role involves operating manufacturing processes, adhering to SOPs and cGMP, working with MES systems, and collaborating with QA

Qualifications

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0 years of experience.
High School education required.
GMP knowledge and compliance familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

Core Operations: Execute day-to-day production processes using modern disposable technologies, automation, and MES.
Quality & Compliance: Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines to maintain safety and quality for advanced therapies.
Team Collaboration: Work with QA and teammates to monitor operations, document accurately, and ensure smooth workflow.
Continuous Growth: Investigate deviations and share ideas to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Safe Working Environment: Maintain clean spaces following gowning and waste handling protocols.
