MilliporeSigma seeks a Material Handler 2 to support BioReliance operations in Rockville, MD. You will receive, store, and ship materials in a GMP setting, ensuring accurate records and compliance with quality procedures.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cycle counting, and assisting with inter-site transfers, audits, and continuous improvement projects. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 3+ years in a logistics/warehouse role.
• Associates degree with 1+ years in logistics/warehouse role.

Responsabilités

• Receive materials, client samples and internal finished goods daily.
• Verify quality and paperwork compliance during receipt and storage.
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (hand truck, pallet jack, etc.).
• Ensure proper storage and traceability per GMP/quality procedures.
• Support inter-site transfers and shipping to clients or testing ops.
• Assist with audits and compliance documentation as needed.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and document deviations.
