Responsibilities

• Lead shop floor operations for tissue biologic products under cGMP.
• Manage daily production schedules and ensure safety and quality.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members across shifts.
• Maintain effective communication of policies and process changes.
• Support training to close gaps and sustain compliance.
• Cover call schedule including holidays; perform other duties.
