Job summary

Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc. is seeking a Production Maintenance Tech in California to repair, maintain, and upgrade critical production equipment.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform PM and corrective maintenance, and coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure safe, compliant operations. The role requires reading mechanical and electrical drawings, with experience in a GMP/FDA environment preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years hands-on experience in maintenance of manufacturing/production equipment.
• Equivalency: 2 years experience may be replaced by an Associate Degree or Vocational Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings, P&ID diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing departments to complete work timely.
• Support upgrades and new maintenance projects.
• Adhere to safety policies and FDA-related procedures and documentation.
