Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Casa Grande, AZ seeks an entry-level Production Cleaning Specialist for the Day Shift to support daily maintenance and cleaning across our facility. This full-time role offers a 12-hour daytime schedule (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with every other weekend off, and the chance to grow within a global healthcare leader.

You'll clean and sanitize processing areas and equipment, follow sanitation SOPs, maintain logs, and help keep our production lines ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-employment verification to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create a spotless, safe environment by cleaning assigned areas and following approved sanitation methods.
• Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment to meet high-quality standards.
• Ensure all food processing areas are fully sanitized and ready for operation.
• Use sanitation tools such as floor scrubbers and vacuums to complete tasks.
• Maintain sanitation logs and work order documentation accurately.
• Assist other departments when trained, to support overall operation.
