Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Excellent communication skills with remote support capability.
• Strong PC hardware knowledge and Windows/MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science in a relevant field.
• 3+ years’ experience using Lab Information Systems (Empower, LIMS, BIOVIA LES, Veeva Vault).

Responsibilities

• Provide LIMS technical support in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Troubleshoot at the application level and manage user configuration.
• Coordinate with Level 3 admins to resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain SOPs and work instructions for LIMS validation.
• Assist with LIMS upgrades, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Suggest improvements to LIMS functionality and processes.
