Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience using Lab Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete support tickets related to troubleshooting.
• Work with administrators to resolve escalated issues.
• Contribute to the maintenance of SOPs pertaining to LIMS.
• Perform development testing during LIMS upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for improving LIMS functionality.
• Maintain the LIMS system in a state of GMP compliance.
• Provide metrics on incidents and service requests.
