Job summary

Westbourne IT Global Services is seeking an experienced LIMS Support Engineer to provide technical support in a GMP-compliant environment. You will troubleshoot application-level issues, manage user configurations, and collaborate with Level 3 administrators to resolve escalations.

The role demands strong communication skills, experience with ServiceNow and Citrix/XenApp, and a background in Pharmaceutical R&D or QC labs. A Science degree and 5+ years of LIMS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, biology, physics or math).
• 5+ years using Lab Information Systems (Empower, LIMS, BIOVIA LES, Veeva Vault).
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D or QC labs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all Support tickets related to troubleshooting at the application level.
• Work with Level 3 admins to resolve issues/escalations.
• Maintain SOPs/Work Instructions for LIMS in GMP environment.
• Perform LIMS upgrades testing and user acceptance testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve LIMS functionality and business processes.
