Job summary

Cytiva in Fajardo, PR is seeking a GMP Lead to oversee activities within the GMP program, including company staff and temporary workers. The role emphasizes safety, procedure adherence, and inventory control.

You will train, monitor work, issue equipment, track PPE, and prepare pass-down reports to the supervisor. Responsibilities include maintaining records, conducting inspections, and ensuring logbook compliance while following site SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years high tech experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License to operate company or personal vehicles.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities within GMP program for assigned area.
• Train employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; provide pass-down reports.
