Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Morrisville, NC is seeking a GMP Lead to oversee activities within the GMP program across multiple sites. You will supervise SBM employees and temporary staff, ensure safe work practices, and coordinate daily tasks and inspections.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma / GED and at least two years of high-tech experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Shift is Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:30pm with travel between two sites; forklift certification may be

This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. Adhere to, implement, and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Perform of employees within the program assignedAssist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and proceduresCoordinate and monitor work activitiesProvide reports, such as pass down,Perform service, and safety inspectionsTrack equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairTrack and maintain supplies inventoryIssue equipment and suppliesMonitor of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipmentReport to supervisor immediatelyReport accidents and to the supervisor immediatelyProvide recommendations action on areas that improvementMaintain records, training, inspections, data collectionLogbook compliance-accurate completionThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.Task completion as required by site’s SOPsQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
