Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a GMP Lead to oversee GMP program activities across assigned sites, including company and temporary staff. The role emphasizes safe work practices and immediate reporting of incidents.

Responsibilities include training, coordinating tasks, tracking equipment and supplies, and ensuring logbook compliance. Travel to various sites may be required; a valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years of high-tech experience or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; MVR check.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities within the GMP program, including company and temporary staff.
• Assist with training employees on tasks, safety, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities and provide reports (pass down, service, safety inspections).
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance and repairs; track supplies inventory and issue equipment.
• Monitor PPE, provide recommendations for area improvements; logbook compliance and accurate record-keeping.
