Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd in North Carolina is seeking an Instrumentation and Calibration Manager to support a multi-billion-dollar pharmaceutical facility program. The role covers end-to-end calibration, from design-phase instrument identification through initial calibration and cGMP release.

You will lead calibration strategy, planning, and resource loading, ensuring readiness for C&Q milestones and operational turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related discipline with instrumentation focus.
• GMP calibration management experience and metrology/traceability knowledge.
• Capital or greenfield project experience through C&Q and readiness.
• Contractor leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end calibration program from instrument identification to initial calibration execution.
• Develop strategy, resource model and schedule aligned with master project milestones.
• Define calibration requirements, frequencies, tolerances and acceptance criteria.
• Lead initial calibration execution to validate documentation and release per cGMP.
