Novo Nordisk in Durham, NC is seeking an Instrument Calibration/Maintenance Technician to support repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instrumentation. You will schedule resources for third party services and ensure proper alarm handling and BMS activity documentation.
Reports to Manager, Senior Manager. Requires strong attention to detail, GMP knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain instrument performance and compliance.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a relevant field of study with 5+ years of lab instrumentation experience.
- Associate's degree with 7+ years of lab instrumentation experience in pharma.
- High School Diploma with 9+ years of lab instrumentation experience in pharma.
Responsabilidades
- Schedule resources for third party instrument services.
- Write and maintain work orders with accurate documentation.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain instrument specifications, maintenance, repair, and calibration.
- Identify deviations and escalate per procedures.
- Support GMP/compliance and instrument validation.
- Execute work according to schedule and department plan.
