Sancrest LLC in Andover, MA seeks an on-site HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance in a GMP environment. You will supervise HVAC technicians, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safe, compliant operation of building systems.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC systems, hands-on leadership, and experience with CMMS documentation to track maintenance activities and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven HVAC leadership experience with troubleshooting of complex system problems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related building mechanical systems.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and GMP/quality standards.
• Experience coordinating contractors/vendors and directing maintenance work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and contractors; support staff development.
• Plan, execute, and manage preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC and building systems issues to restore performance.
• Manage vendor activities, service quality, and coordination for work on-site.
• Ensure all work follows safety procedures and regulatory/GMP requirements.
• Maintain accurate CMMS documentation and records of maintenance activities.
• Support overall facility reliability and continuous improvement of maintenance practices.
