Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a skilled facilities technician to support safe, clean, and efficient operations across client sites in Virginia. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, respond to work orders, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with on-site teams and vendors, document all activities in our maintenance systems, and uphold strict safety standards.

Qualifications

Hands-on knowledge of facility maintenance systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
Ability to complete accurate documentation of work performed.
Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Respond to work orders and service calls to restore and maintain facility performance.
Troubleshoot equipment and system issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliable service.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in established maintenance systems.
Follow strict safety protocols and comply with all applicable regulations and procedures.
Collaborate with on-site teams and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Support a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous learning.
