Qualifications

• 1+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate diverse equipment.
• GMP and GDP standards understanding is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read SOPs/docs.
• Mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to wear gowning and PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of production areas to maintain compliance.
• Prepare and transfer materials for production with proper aseptic handling.
• Utilize aseptic techniques in controlled environments during tasks.
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE usage; maintain GDP-compliant records.
• Operate and maintain equipment across production processes.
• Complete GMP documentation, batch records, and deviations as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, and maintenance.
• Load/unload sterilization equipment and assist with filling lines as needed.
• Identify and report deviations or equipment issues to management.
