Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in equipment maintenance or facilities management in a GMP-regulated setting.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with validation, qualification, and calibration in GMP environments.
• Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and FDA guidelines.
• Able to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience in a CDMO/pharma/biotech setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on GMP equipment including vial/syringe, filling stations, formulation, and packaging.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation issues affecting production timelines.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and logs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality to drive improvements.
