Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Manager, GMP Facility, Asset Readiness & HSE in Pearl River, NY to lead facility readiness, asset care, and health, safety & environment compliance on the manufacturing shopfloor. You will supervise two maintenance technicians and partner with maintenance teams on PM, calibration and shutdown planning.

You will ensure GMP cleanliness, environmental monitoring, and proper documentation, while driving 5S, safe work practices, and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing facility readiness or asset care programs.
• Experience coordinating with maintenance teams or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GMP-ready and safety-ready facility at all times.
• Oversee GMP cleaning operations and documentation.
• Manage two maintenance technicians for asset care.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on PM, calibration, and shutdowns.
• Lead HSE activities including 5S and safety compliance.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits.
