Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (biotech/pharma/food).
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, maintenance teams, and site projects.
• Complete work orders and time entries accurately in the CMMS system.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians and manufacturing operators in maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
• Perform daily checks and scheduled PM activities on site-wide equipment.
• Identify root causes of system failures and perform necessary repairs; provide SME support to deviation investigations as needed.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Complete SOPs and SWIs training and ensure site safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with other technicians and teams to support site-wide maintenance and projects.
• Identify and implement improvements to maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned to support operations.
