Job summary

The role partners with Facilities Manager to plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance, manage maintenance staff, and ensure documentation and regulatory readiness in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of utility and facility equipment.
• Experience ensuring cGMP compliance in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to lead and train a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and environmental compliance across 24/7 GMP operations.
• Supervise maintenance and facilities activities and staff.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and facility modifications.
• Review and generate cGMP documentation and CAPAs.
