Job summary

You will plan, coordinate, and lead technical support activities for manufacturing equipment and processes, ensuring product quality, uptime, and safety while guiding technicians through troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical training in industrial maintenance, automation, or related fields.
5–8 years of technical manufacturing experience.
2+ years in a lead or supervisory support role.

Responsibilities

Lead and support technicians to achieve site and departmental goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Provide hands-on directions for automated equipment troubleshooting, repair, changeovers, and improvements.
Coordinate and prioritize technical work to support production, quality, and equipment uptime.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, production, and quality teams to support sustainable processes and improvements.
Troubleshoot electromechanical systems, pneumatics, servos, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, and related automation systems.
Assist with root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (RCCA/CAPA).
Support data collection and interpretation to identify trends and drive improvements.
Develop, schedule, and deliver technical training for technicians on electromechanical systems and PLCs.
