Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks a Facilities Supervisor to augment the Manufacturing Supporting team during the day shift. The role involves supervising, planning, and coordinating subcontractors for preventive and corrective work orders, ensuring GMP and SOP compliance, and developing staff to perform daily activities.

Expect to manage change controls and oversee invoices, with emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in GMP/EHS regulated manufacturing environment and leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective work orders.
• Develop development plans for coordinators and technicians to perform daily activities.
• Ensure GMP guidelines and customer SOPs are followed.
• Develop change controls and review invoices for accuracy.
• Prepare performance appraisals for coordinators and mentor team members.
