Job summary

Astellas is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support the Technical Operations group in maintenance and engineering tasks at our Westborough, MA site. Responsibilities include calibrations, scheduling outside services, SOPs, and GMP-compliant documentation, with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have a BA degree or 2–3+ years' experience and are proficient with MS Office. On-site work is expected at 9 Technology Drive, Westborough, MA.

Qualifications

• BA degree in related field or 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Working fluency with the basic Microsoft Office productivity suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintains Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management System with training.
• Schedules and coordinates outside services for calibrations and repairs.
• Communicates with all organizational levels in writing and verbally.
• Uses MS Outlook for email and scheduling.
• Completes required documentation and training independently.
• Initiates Document Change Requests and reviews documentation.
• Assists in deviations and CAPAs.
• Supports GMP-compliant maintenance and upgrades.
• Wears multiple hats across projects while maintaining control and organization.
