Organogenesis in Norwood, MA is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support maintenance and operations at our GMP manufacturing facility. You will work with the engineering design team, review constructability, manage capital projects, and ensure QA compliance and on-site execution.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 5+ years in cGMP environments, hands-on clean room experience, knowledge of HVAC, clean utilities, PM programs, and proficiency with Excel, Project, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of related experience in cGMP manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with clean room operations: HVAC, Building Controls, High Purity Water and Steam Systems.
• Knowledge of calibration concepts and control systems.
• Familiarity with clean construction techniques and motor control design.
• Proficiency with project analysis software (Excel, Project, AutoCAD).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems and cold rooms to support manufacturing.
• Support maintenance and repair of clean utilities (Autoclaves, Water systems, etc).
• Facilities SME for document review and capital projects.
• Own change controls and CMMS data modifications.
• Execute large and small facilities maintenance projects.
• Prepare technical specifications and drawings for projects.
• Oversee construction activities for compliance and safety.
• Support commissioning and startup of new facilities.
• Provide technical support to facility operations and maintenance teams.
