Brooksource Engineering Services is seeking an Engineering Technician to support a GMP-regulated manufacturing operation. This role involves hands-on support for production equipment, troubleshooting, and coordinating maintenance while upholding quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with automated manufacturing equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently during a 12-hour night shift in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Able to work night shift independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on equipment support for automated manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and document activities.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Maintain equipment logs and technical docs.
• Support QA/QC and GMP compliance.
• Assist with commissioning, qualification, and validation.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations.
