Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a GMP Tech to keep areas within GMP clean and orderly. The role requires teamwork, basic communication, and strict adherence to safety and GMP procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves performing repetitive cleaning tasks, operating under supervisor direction, and maintaining professional relations with staff and customers. Training and safety certifications are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and safe chemical handling.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Communicate with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Complete daily FN logs accurately and completely.
• Perform sanitization duties to maintain a GMP controlled environment.
• Fully train in area job functions for shift assignment and area classification.
