Responsibilities

• Execute GMP manufacturing operations following batch records and SOPs.
• Support production activities including equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
• Participate in shift handoffs and communicate production updates clearly.

About the Role

We are seeking Manufacturing Technicians to support GMP manufacturing operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. This team is growing quickly and plans to hire multiple technicians over the next several months as production expands to a 24/7 schedule.

This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on, collaborative, and eager to grow their experience in GMP biomanufacturing. Cultural fit is extremely important—successful candidates will be personable, team-oriented, and comfortable communicating with colleagues across the manufacturing floor.

Important: Candidates must be comfortable working evening or night shifts long term.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute GMP manufacturing operations following established batch records and SOPs

• OR Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field
• Hands-on experience with biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
