Job summary

Apotex Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to handle receiving, picking, packing and shipping of finished goods. You will use SAP for updates, ensure accuracy of lot numbers and quantities, and maintain safe, compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in logistics, can lift 50 lbs, and are willing to work varying shifts. OTA environment emphasizes GMP/SOP/SWP adherence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with material handling equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer operations and data entry capability.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to pick, pack and ship orders with SAP updated.
• Pack shipments, verify product, lot numbers and quantities; label and weigh skids.
• Ship orders using a computerized freight system.
• Move materials to optimize warehouse space.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow training and SOPs.
• Receive materials and verify shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Notify Inventory Analyst of discrepancies.
• Follow GMP, SOD, SWP; complete training records.
• Comply with FDA and other regulatory guidelines.
• Work as a team member to achieve objectives and uphold values.
