Job summary

Lupin is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory, support shipping/receiving, and ensure GMP compliance in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment.

You will operate a forklift, record inventory in SAP, and help maintain a clean, safe work area while following SOPs and safety guidelines in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications include forklift experience, SAP proficiency, GMP knowledge, and a degree in logistics or related field preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or coursework in warehouse, inventory control, or materials management preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and GMP/regulatory requirements.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new warehouse shipping and receiving delivery packing slips
• Recording, documenting, and tracking inventory via SAP
• Material handling and sorting
• Inspecting items upon receiving shipments
• Forklift operation
• Responsible for keeping work area clean, organized, and free of clutter
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety Guidelines
