Job summary

Aspire Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely and accurately move, store, receive, and ship materials in a GMP-regulated facility. You will perform loading/unloading, order picking, inventory transactions, and material handling while adhering to SOPs and safety procedures.

The role requires forklift experience, 2–4 years in warehouse work, and basic computer skills with SYSPRO experience preferred. Must be able to lift, stand, and work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-4 years of warehouse/material handling experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry.
  • Forklift operating experience required; forklift certification preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory/ERP systems; SYSPRO experience preferred.
  • Good basic math, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and prepare inventory according to picklists and production/material requests.
  • Perform bin transfers and inventory transactions to accurately deduct and transfer materials in the system.
  • Receive, load, and unload trucks while verifying materials and quantities.
  • Perform order picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, staging, and shipping activities.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse material-handling equipment.
  • Maintain required warehouse, equipment, and maintenance records.
  • Clean and prepare drums and other containers for transfer between warehouse locations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and handled to prevent damage, contamination, or mix-ups.
  • Follow applicable SOPs, cGMP requirements, OSHA/safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Assist with inventory counts and help investigate inventory discrepancies when required.
  • Support other company warehouse locations and departments as needed.
  • Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, or equipment issues to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

What We Offer

Compensation: $22-26/hr, depending on experience and qualifications
