Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Supervisor for entry-level GMP management. The role coordinates activities within GMP areas, supervising company and temporary staff to ensure sanitation and safety compliance with OSHA regulations and site SOPs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 1–3 years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 1–3 years of experience.
• Certificates, licenses, or registrations: may be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and issues discipline
• Prepare written reports, such as pass down, and/or weekly/monthly updates
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, and schedules maintenance and repair
• Track supplies inventory
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager
• Correct at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the manager immediately
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement
• Maintain records, i.e., training, inspections, attendance, and metric data
• Familiar with supervisor responsibilities
• Some travel may be required for this position
